Our Suffolk flock dates back to the late 1950's,
and George and Fred Buckham's National Suffolk Association
membership began in 1946. We've been selling Suffolks on a more national
scale since the late 1960's at shows and sales around the country.
Our breeding flock now consists of about 60 ewes.
We're currently using an MSU ram purchased from the Michigan State University Production Sale.
We're developing production performance sheep big enough to appeal as show sheep, but functionality is still our main focus. We're going back to a middle-of-the-road sort of sheep, as George Buckham Sr. used to say.
Slack 0077, used for both suffolk and club lamb flocks.
A great maternal stud who left his mark on every ewe he sired.
